Laura joined the team in 2017, bringing a unique analytical edge to our Commercial Lines department. After an eight-year career in Information Technology, she pivoted to the insurance industry, seamlessly blending her technical problem-solving skills with a commitment to client service.

A dedicated lifelong learner, Laura earned her Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR) designation and is always looking to pursue advanced education to stay ahead of industry trends and better serve her clients’ evolving needs.

Outside the office, Laura is a creative spirit who enjoys painting, traveling, and exploring history.
